U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-9 days. Orders aren’t shipped or delivered on holidays or weekends, unless there's a special reason to break the rules.

If we’re swamped with orders, shipments might be delayed by a few days. Please give us a little extra time for shipment and delivery. If there's a significant delay, we’ll let you know via email. Delivery delays can occur, but we’ll do our best to get your goodies to you ASAP.

SHIPMENTS

ActsSocial product and shipping partners ship to addresses within the USA along with many international addresses as well.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, ActsSocial will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES

ActsSocial is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
